Soft-PVC in transparent and coloured variants
As an experienced specialist in the manufacture of Soft PVC films, strip curtains, welding-protection curtains and protective mats “Made in Germany”, we use specially designed Soft PVC extrusion equipment for our production. These lines allow us to manufacture a wide range of products with material thicknesses between 0.5 mm and 12 mm and a maximum width of 2200 mm.
Our special extrusion process enables us to manufacture transparent PVC products in clear transparent as well as in blue transparent. On request, opaque colours according to the RAL colour palette as well as individual special colours can be realised at any time.
CNC-controlled cutting
Our PVC products can be manufactured individually according to dimensional and shape specifications with the help of our CNC cutter systems. This means that precise cuts can be made in almost any geometric shape. In addition, our high-quality digital printing process makes it possible to print the PVC products with individual motifs, for example a company logo.
Our Soft PVC products are characterised by a particularly high quality, which is based on the most modern extrusion process of our production facilities, the specialised know-how of our employees and more than 25 years of experience.
How does extrusion work?
Extrusion is a manufacturing process in which a mixture of soft PVC (polyvinyl chloride) or soft PVC granulate is converted into a plastic, mouldable mass by heating and the use of mechanical energy. This is done with the help of an extruder and special wide-slot nozzles.
By combining thermal and mechanical energy, the material can be shaped into the desired form. This enables us to ensure a consistently high quality standard of our products.
After the actual extrusion process, the flexible PVC product is further processed in our smoothing plant. There it is smoothed, cooled and stripped without tension to obtain the final shape and texture.
