State-of-the-art CNC-controlled systems are used in our manufacturing process. These enable us to offer high-precision cuts for every conceivable geometric shape - whether squares, rectangles, circles or complex contours, we realise our customers' ideas with the greatest precision.
Individual shapes and cut-outs
For bespoke solutions we produce precise holes, slots and cut-outs in our soft PVC products, tailored exactly to your specific requirements.
Our technical team creates detailed CAD drawings of the desired end product using modern AutoCAD systems in *.dxf and *.dwg formats. We are also able to convert customer drawings from various other formats, such as *.jpg or *.pdf, and use them for production.
Digital printing on soft PVC
Our modern CNC-controlled flatbed printers enable high-quality direct printing onto our soft PVC products - UV-resistant and durable, on request with your company logo. Further details can be found on our technologies page.
